When you're signed in, Sello saves the searches you run and your conversations with Ask Sello to your account, so you can see them again in My Sello. Your chats are for you only: Sello staff and agents don't read them. Your searches may be used to recommend homes to you, and to help a Sello agent follow up on homes you're interested in. Phone numbers, email addresses and sign-in codes you type into the chat aren't saved. Chats are kept for 90 days. You can turn history off or delete it at any time in My Sello.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted partners who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
